Our waiter was really nice and friendly and even gave us a sample of some of the wines before ordering (without us asking for it first). The house white wine was quite nice! Next up was the main entrée and we decided to share the seafood paella and it was massive! It was filled with all types of different super tasty seafood. The place is quite small so make reservations if you come here on a weekend, you will need it!

We were 3 friends and decided to order 2 plates of tapas and 1 plate of grilled gambas to share between us. The grilled gambas was lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. The texture was chewy and it lacked the juiciness of fresh seafood. The tapas came on to small plates each with 2 croquettes and a shrimp on top of some prosciutto style ham, chorizo (I asume) and some cheese. We tried the croquettes which were soggy with oil. Then we wanted to try the shrimp but as it was smelly we did not dare it. We quietly and politely pointed out our complaints to the waiter who claimed that everything was fresh and the grilled gambas was cooked just then. We invited him to feel the coldness inside the gambas and to smell the shrimps. He just maintained that the food was freshly cooked from fresh ingredients. We ended up paying 22€ while leaving with our stomachs as empty as on arrival.

Hubby and I shared "arroz de marisco" for two, although it was way more than enough for four. Others had the steak, and seafood platters. Great food and service from Gabriel. English, Spanish, Portuguese, and of course German spoken. Don't pass this gem by if you're up to some pretty amazing seafood!

Some of the meat was a bit tough, but the seasoning and rice were flavorful. Just the opposite with the fish paella: the seafood was good, but some of the rice was undercooked. I ordered the French Breakfast at 15:00. It came with two buttery croissants, jam, nutella and honey. I had a sweet tooth, and this "breakfast" definitely cured it. The juice was fabulous. Will be back, especially to try other juices.

We've been in the "Teigtasche" for the first time. But I definitely want to come back again. When you enter the restaurant it already looks and feels quite snug and welcoming. The filled pastries tasted almost like the Pelmeni and Vareniki my mum and grandma's used to make in my childhood. Very delicious. They offer a huge variety of dishes and self-made liquors. I highly recommend this restaurant for all fans of East European cuisine and for those who miss the cuisine of Mam. :-D
