We were looking for a new landscaper for about 2 months. For some reason, we just weren't finding a…read moregood match for what we were looking for. Some were not licensed/ insured. Others felt the property was not large enough, and several others didn't show up to give us a quote. We finally found Darren on Yelp and set up some time to speak with him. Darren is not only very professional, but he took the time to answer all of our questions, and promptly followed back up with a quote and answers to a few questions we had. This young man is genuinely a hard worker, very reliable, and quite impressive as a first time business owner. We have been working with Darren for about 2 months now and his communication is very well appreciated and his work ethic is exactly what we were looking for. Because of his reliability, the quality of his workmanship, and his willingness/ flexibility to work with our sometimes changing schedule + calendar is exactly why we chose to give him our business. When we look for vendors/ contractors, we look for people that we can trust so we can build a long term partnerships and relationships, because let's be honest, who wants to spend all their time looking for new vendors/ contractors? We believe we have found a good partner with Darren and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this very hard working young man. We sincerely recommend Darren and his business (our neighbor has also booked a contract with him a few weeks after we started because of the great workmanship they saw on our property).

I was very disappointed with my experience with this company. I was quoted $159 over the phone…read moreafter clearly explaining that, although my home is large, I only wanted a small section cleaned. I was told that price would be honored, yet when the technician arrived, he added another $100 even though the square footage had not changed. ***The biggest issue was the DAMAGE caused during the cleaning. He left excessive amounts of water and actual puddles on the floor, and my baseboards became swollen, separated, and damaged afterward. They were not like this before he came. I showed him pictures that clearly showed the damage. I also repeatedly heard his machine banging into my walls and baseboards, and there were marks left behind. The floors were also left extremely sticky, so I had to mop all of the cleaned areas myself after he left. When I contacted him about the damage, he ignored my texts and then we called him. He was confrontational and would not accept any responsibility. Between the unexpected price increase, sticky floors, excessive water, damaged baseboards, and the way my concerns were handled, I would not recommend this company!!!!
