He is aggressive, patronising and just plain rude. My husband and I were set to spend about 1500 in there but due to his horrendous customer service we will leave our 50 quid deposit and go somewhere that wants the work. All we did was ask to break down the price because we had, had another quote. It's a recession, it's all about money saving and even after having to forget the £50 I'm still £85 up with the other friendly company. Not rocket science to work out where our money will be going!!! Awful, awful, awful!

That aside, 4 years later I still have problems, the Heating Centre were rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Not many shops but enough to fill the carpark at weekends! Currys here is quite a large store, with only one level. When you walk in you see computers to the left and other electronics to the back and right of you. There arent many staff in ths store. But they are a round and do know a bit about what they sell. The store has ample parking which is allocated for all the stores there. So if your looking for electricals try looking here, they may not be the cheapest but it will give you a hands on experience at least so you know what your buying! 5 out of 5

Personally i think this store is quite deceptive and could be a better idea to save up then buy a…read moreTv in a one off payment as opposed to fishing through the terms and conditions of the payback contract to find out interest rates. Also, when enquiring about a Tv i found that it was quite complicated to understand the pay back methods and how long it would take and how much it would cost me overall. Therefore as a personal view i would rather buy from currys or comet as a one off payment though those clued on could get a bargain.
