We spent about a month searching and interviewing candidate attorneys, and in the end Mr. Coniglio came out at the top for my newphew's particular scenario. We just received the news that the motions that Mr. Coniglio and his team presented to the court were granted. He was extremely professional, efficient and cost effective and he operates with the utmost integrity. Additionally, as a retired software exec who has led numerous tech companies, I am very particular when it comes to detailed / technical writing, and I knew we were in good hands when I didn't have even a single edit suggestion for the motions that Mr. Coniglio and team drafted (a rarity for me). I highly recommend John Coniglio and his team.

Eric is strategic, composed, and well-prepared. In custody litigation, that combination matters. He also goes out of his way to make himself available, which is often difficult in the family law world. Most importantly, he recently helped secure an important result related to parenting and custody that has real significance for my children, and I'm grateful for his steady advocacy. Derek, as managing attorney, has helped keep the broader strategy organized and moving forward thoughtfully. Tyler has been extremely helpful navigating the financial components of the case, which are complex in their own right. Desiree and Teresa, the key paralegals I've worked with, have also been instrumental. They are responsive, organized, and detail-oriented -- ensuring filings, documentation, and communication stay on track. In a case with many moving parts, that support makes a meaningful difference. Family law is emotionally and legally challenging. Having a team that approaches it with preparation, strategy, and clear communication matters. I appreciate their work and look forward to continuing toward resolution.

Great Estate Planning Support!!!…read more I moved from out of state and had to have all of my estate planning documents updated per California law. Daniel Hollingsworth came highly recommended from friends, and I was able to quickly pass him my expired estate/trust documents to 1) make them CA-compliant and 2) also insert my own needed updates to reflect my current estate situation. After he had a chance to review my expired estate plan, I met with Daniel; he explained the differences between my previous state's laws and CA law, the changes he recommended and the rationale for each change. I found his opinions to be very insightful and appreciated the examples and scenarios he gave me to consider for each change. Daniel really put me at choice--and I felt I really understood my choices. I appreciated his explanations and the professionalism he exhibited in dealing with some touchy/feely family considerations too. Daniel and his staff quickly turned around my estate plan, and then he met with me and my young adult daughter so that I could sign off the final documents. He made the sign off quick for me, and yet very understandable for my daughter, who is one of my trustees. He also offered to do the same walk-through of documents for my adult son (also a trustee, but unavailable that day)--and it was so helpful to have everyone feel competent and confident in executing the estate plan together. I recommend Daniel for anyone who needs an estate plan/trust.  It was a night/day difference between his support and my previous experience out-of-state--and motivated me to write this recommendation. In fact, I'm referring my brother to him, as he is in the same process and I know Daniel is someone he can trust and depend on. Laura -- Pacific Grove
