I'm not sure if they accept walk ins. They might but your wait will be long. Waited about 5-10 minutes before being called. I had to present my ID and marriage certificate. Lady processed it and informed me I'll receive my new documents in the mail within two weeks. Fast and easy process.

It was very Cold and some folks caught the bus. Yet the website was the opposite of what we were being told. Again on Wednesday 1/12/2022 twenty or more people came because the website informed the people that they could get a rapid test. We were told to walk up. Again they lied and brought out five to six kits, but only gave one of them to a customer and took the rest back in the building. The supervisor was standing right there to see all of this happen.
