For the past 3 years I've been going to his barber Will and in the past month I don't if something has happened in Will's personal life but he has been rude, unprofessional, and hostile to say the least. We had an issue with the appointment service that Royalty Chop Shop uses. I called the shop 3 times, six hours before my appointment, all calls sent to voicemail. I called and texted Will, no answer. I even called and texted the owner Alex, with no answer. Even when I rescheduled online, I called again to try and confirm my appointment was to be rescheduled for the next day. Still no answer. When I called the next day, they confirmed the shop was closed and rescheduled, then hung up. They then called me back to tell me to reschedule again, wanting to charge me for a second time. After telling them the many times I called, Will jumped on the phone and told me that he is a busy man and it's not his job to pick up clients phone calls or text. When I told him that I called the shop he said it wasn't his job and since I was his only client that had a problem with their software that I can find another barber. I haven't received my refund and I called Alex and left messages countless times. I'll find another barber, but if this is the type of business you're going to run with short tempered young kids that don't have good communication skills and bring personal problems to work and take them out on paying customers then you will fail. Hundreds of barbers in White Plains alone, find a new shop!

I'm very particular about my haircuts and spent years finding the right barber when I lived in New York City, and I didn't even love the haircuts he gave me, to be honest. But they were consistent and that's the best you can hope for sometimes. I've already gotten two awesome haircuts (out of two total haircuts!) from Diego at the Fine Men's Salon of Westchester and am looking forward to going back. The guy's an absolute pro. The other staff at the salon are friendly and helpful. Also, this is a rare salon/barbershop where you are able to both pay AND tip on your credit card, so there's no pressure to hit up an ATM before your haircut. That's a huge plus for me. With regards to their COVID policies, the salon is extremely safe and I feel completely at ease from a health standpoint. Between their mask policy, mandatory hand washing station, and overall impressive cleanliness, you'll feel totally safe and relaxed getting your hair cut here during an otherwise stressful pandemic.

We didn't want our money back or to argue but wanted them to be more considerate when providing a service. They should look at the service that the client booked. She was sharp and curt and it was pointless to continue. We received a review from the business that my mom had completed for me. Simple, nothing rude but not recommending the business because they don't carefully make sure a client gets the service they book. WELL don't send for feedback if you can't control your feelings when you don't like the feedback! NOPE!! We would not recommend this business to ANYONE and there are far too many of men's salons to enjoy without the attitude!
