This is not a full-fledged Bank 'Bank of America'. It's just two ATM's inside a small store front…read more You have to scan your BoA card in order to enter the store front. There is no staff at this location. I visit this location frequently because its near my apartment and fairly convenient. And you can access it 24/7. One IMPORTANT THING to note about this BoA ATM location is that it's in a shopping center with a bunch of other stores, including a Schnucks Grocery Store. So at this location, the parking lot is ALWAYS crowded. It's hard to find a parking spot...every time I visit. There are two handicap spots right in front of the BoA ATM entrance. One day when I was in a rush and couldn't find a parking spot...I decided to park in the handicap spot...thinking "hey, I'll only be here for 5 minutes MAX...it'll be ok...and I can keep an eye on my car." Sure enough, 5 seconds after parking, a cop pulls up. I immediately make eye contact with him and he says if you move your car now, I'll let you go....which is exactly what I do. I got lucky. :) HOWEVER, since that incident (and I've never attempted to parking the handicap spots ever again), I've noticed other people trying to pull the same trick. They're in a rush, can't find a parking spot, so they use the handicap parking. And EVERY TIME a police car pulls up and they get a ticket. (How they were able to get away with out a ticket like me...I have no idea?) Anyways, its crazy how often I see the handicap parking/cop car situation happen. Do these cops have nothing else to patrol on Clayton Road but these two handicap parking spots??? So you've been warned, don't try to parking the handicap spot. Even if you're going to be there for 2 seconds...the police will ticket your car!

It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!

I when in to exchange some foreign currency $102.17 (by apple exchange tool). After standing at the counter for way to long and the teller trying to enter the transaction twice. I reminded her of my long history and large amount of deposits and ask to talk to some one at a higher level that could help me. She could not find anyone that I could see. Manager and assistant manager were not in at 2:30 PM. I'm looking for a new Bank!!!

I had scheduled a 9am meeting to meet with someone at this branch to explore investing my savings…read more When I arrived at 9am, the scheduled opening time for the business, it wasn't open yet. After several moments the doors were unlocked. Since no one was present to greet me I waited in line to speak with a teller to guide me to the person I was supposed to meet with. I found out that that person was another teller who told me they didn't know anything about the meeting and would meet with me when they wrapped up assisting serving several other people in line. After 20 minutes they approached me asking what the meeting was about. I explained the purpose. They then said that was something they couldn't do. I'd have to speak with someone else who wasn't there who would call me later to set up a second meeting. So all my efforts to schedule a time to accomplish something at this location were wasted and I was now facing having another meeting to schedule and accommodate. Businesses should open on time, be aware of scheduled meetings, and be prepared to respect their customer's time. Now wondering if should look elsewhere with my investments.

I began visiting this branch after moving from Webster Groves to the Lindenwood Park neighborhood…read more Each time I visited, the bank tellers were indifferent to the point of rudeness. One was so annoyed with me for making a deposit one day (I know; the nerve of me, right?) that I actually called and asked to speak to a manager. The same teller answered the phone, and I was put on hold for twenty minutes before someone spoke to me. The woman I spoke with was worse than the teller. I could practically hear her rolling her eyes. I don't go to this bank anymore, ever. Not even to make a deposit at the ATM. I drive out of my way to my old branch in Webster, or plan ahead so I can go to one of the two branches along my commute to work. I highly recommend helping this branch out by avoiding it and taking your banking elsewhere. That way, these poor angry tellers don't have to deal with all the darn customers who make them so miserable and hostile!
