Hours later I got an instant notification from my Experian account that my credit had been accessed. Not only that but our business does over $500K per year in sales and we were not approved for a lease??? Edited 7/15/20: I have to say I am very impressed by the upper management of this company. They have reached out to explain where the ball was dropped, how they have handled it, and what they were willing to offer me. I am hoping this episode has helped them improve weaknesses in the sales process and it will be helpful to future customers.

When I talked with the sales person we figured out an appropriate amount of printing for our allotment to be covered. However, we weren't accurate and we end up paying $140-$220 extra every quarter for overages. I've tried contacting them to talk about it, but they wouldn't return my call. And I'm locked into a 5 year contract- ugh!
