Nicely designed to show what firefighters do, the two that are helping their colleague (and carrying his helmet) are walking away from the Wall of Death. There are entirely too many names listed there. They are in random order on the 21 panels. The website lists them in alphabetical order so that you can research their department, end of service date and where they are located on the wall. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. They are amazing individuals. Unfortunately the other trip to Vassar by ambulance was in Hopewell. The 2 female attendants did nothing but joke and laugh the whole trip. If you ever need an ambulance try and get LaGrange Fire Dept. They are awesome.

We were here for the Water Lantern Festival. I forgot how beautiful the plaza is on a gorgeous…read morenight. The festival itself is nice if a bit of a money grab. I did like seeing people of all ages relaxing, being creative and having fun. The performers were mellow and sweet sounding. I liked the lantern stories from the people courageous enough to share. Launching the lanterns was fun and made for some good pictures.
