I recommend bringing in flooring/cupboard/window treatment samples when looking for colours if you need assistance. There are so many variations of each colour, ranging from cool to warm, and most have an undertone...if you are like me, you'll appreciate the input. The only reason I deducted one star, is that I find their paint doesn't stand up to wear as well as Benjamin Moore, especially in kids spaces. But it is good quality paint nonetheless, and the service is always the best here.

Because it is in the same plaza area as Yonge Sheppard Animal Hospital, I went to pick up my cat food and get my other cat's ashes that died a traumatic death. Didn't matter to him, I also told him that my cat just died and this is a very stressful situation for me. He then continued to bully me for being upset. Thankfully the staff at Y&S animal hospital helped mediate the situation, but this is truly disappointing behaviour from RONA's management. I am no longer going to buy anything from this store, as I can't support this kind of behaviour. Businesses should be kind to each other and it's clear RONA is just a big bully.
