I am not speaking as a customer but as a Real Estate agent…read more The purpose of a Real Estate Agent is to protect their clients in the purchase and/or sale of their home. This is one of the biggest purchases and/or sales you could have in your life. If you want to sell your home or buy a new home please do not use an agent that is going to charge you a flat fee like this one. You get what you pay for. The company makes their clients field all of the phone calls for showings, does not have them fill out needed paperwork, and is only interested in their fee once you sell your home or buy a new one. This could cost you getting the most value in purchasing and/or selling your home. This could also be a potential issue, legally, if the proper paperwork is not presented to you as the clients or to people looking to purchase your home. Please do your research. Find a Realtor that will work for you to ensure that you are legally protected and get the most value in what could be the biggest purchase and/or sale in your life.
