During my daughter's time in class, certain remarks were made that affected her mental and emotional comfort. When I approached the owner hoping for a constructive conversation, I was met with avoidance rather than understanding. Instead of addressing the concerns or even opening a dialogue, she chose to block me entirely. What was most upsetting was the sense that financial matters were given more importance than my daughter's mental health or our concerns as a family. Charging my card as quickly as she could to get additional money. Despite my continued efforts to support this establishment, I was met with what I experienced as unprofessionalism and a clear lack of care. This is simply my personal experience, but I hope it encourages more mindfulness and communication moving forward. I would urge other parents to be aware and advocate for their children's comfort and safety in any program they join.

The instructors, especially the owner, who teaches ballet and jazz and the hiphop teacher, who coaches a local high school dance team are amazing...probably the best in the valley! My daughter's technique has improved so much in these past months and the classes are the perfect size-so she gets attention and the feedback she needs to become a better dancer. The owner is easy to talk to, bends over backwards for her students, and has created a positive studio culture. The kids encourage and clap/cheer for one another on a regular basis, and the vibe overall is very positive. Additionally, the owner and other instructors give a lot of their free time to these kids, to help them fundraise to compete at various dance competitions. The studio space is beautiful, with a viewing area where parents can watch their kids. We are very happy we made the switch to this studio.

The instructors are fun and upbeat, keep things engaging and play music that kids like. There's a great range of classes- we are more relaxed but they have the all in training and competitions track as well. Even though we have less of a loaded schedule than some girls, it feels like a community and they are always very excited to get to their classes.

I understand the policy but am so uncomfortable that this happened. Definitely not a nurturing environment for confidence and growth. After six months of ballet she will not be returning. We gave it a chance despite bad reviews via word of mouth but the OWNER was standing right there when this happened and did not stick up for my daughter or give her another drink or even return my call to discuss the situation. Also tickets for performances have to be purchased by parents AND they are well over my $17 expectation. Unfortunately because parents are volunteered to help behind stage most of the performance will be missed anyways I deleted this review because I felt guilty but need to share this information because the cost of young girls confidence is too precious. At no lesson were students even introduced to each other, there was no socialization or group effort. Although her dance has progressed the structure of this studio is not worth it. There are so many others nearby that are cheaper with more staff that have better social emotional skills. Also nobody is ever at the front desk, paper work hanging is outdated and facility is dirty. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. We visited and got the schedule and our girl came back to the next scheduled class for children between 7-12 years of age. We got to register on site for the class with the owner, Manuel. Parents are able to observe the instruction in a great room with fabrics and silks and mirrors for the class. The very enthusiastic instructor was so warm and encouraging to the children. An hour of instruction with fun music brought the students to a level that they could demonstrate new skills of grasping the fabric, anchoring themselves into basic and then more intermediate positions, all the while getting individual redirection and praise from the instructor. They performed their new abilities and received applause from the gallery. Ruby, one of the family and an instructor, explained that there are adult clients who visit to have restorative stretching and exercise to soothe them after injuries. The attached photos indicate their services. They have a second branch in Palm Springs on Lawrence Crossley, south of the airport and Ramon Road. The prices seem reasonable. We will take our granddaughter again this week. $35. for an hour's instruction. I was so happy to be able to provide her with a birthday gift in an entirely new activity, and she was enthusiastic from the get-go. SO MUCH FUN!!! I was…read morein the area for my bachelorette and we wanted to do something fun and active. THIS WAS IT!!! Most of us had no prior experience and none was necessary! It was an amazingly fun time! We booked a private class on a Sunday morning (the weekend Hurricane Hilary was in town). We appreciate the staff so much because of how accommodating they were and we were able to customize our class time a bit. We had the entire studio to ourselves and Yolanda was our instructor. Both she and the man who greeted us were so nice! Yolanda had the best customer service. She really catered to us and took her time with us. They both went above and beyond to make us feel special! They even took us to the other room to take pictures and try out moves on the spinning aerial silks. A quality experience! Yolanda started us up with a cardio warm-up that was SO GOOD. We were all sweating and our heart rates were up. We used hula hoops and yoga blocks and it was so much fun. She kicked out booties! Then she taught us some moves on the non-spinning aerial silks. As we became more comfortable, she strung the moves together and had us perform it to music. She was a great instructor and we had so much fun! Afterwards, Yolanda and her coworker were so nice to us and let us take a BAJILLION photos everywhere. They even gave us recommendations on good places to eat. I never got a tour so once I got I to the gym I was shocked. I took a couple photos because I was repulsed on how dirty the gym was. There were paper towel dispensers around the gym all empty. There were also multiple machines broken down for repair. There was no managers just 1 front desk working on a Tuesday 4/22. I feel bad for the staff here obviously working with no budget for staffing and no cleaning crew. After a few exercises I had to leave because I was worried I would get sick in a facility like this. I will be staying at Eos Fitness and glad to see those locations keep cleanliness and building maintenance top quality. Also Eos Fitness is 24 hours unlike this location.
