The program is great. This location is unreliable. You cannot get anyone to answer the phone or…read morecall you back. Because of their unreliability, their customer service is terrible. They are usually "nice", but they make excuses for their lack of reliability and they have difficulty answering questions regarding membership fees and cancellations of their program. They are never looking to do the right thing even if it simply means doing what they can to refund your $10 for the month that they can't explain a charge for. I finally asked them to remove my credit card information and they terminated my account. So if you do not live locally, do not join. Cancelling is a nightmare.

My dog is a little sensitive and has some separation anxiety and they were just wonderful with her. I would highly recommend them taking care of your pet if you have to run an errand or have an appt elsewhere. I have scheduled regular daycare sessions with them to socialize her. Do it now!

This martial arts school is hidden gem outside of the village of Richland. My son has been…read moreattending since he was 5 years old (now 7), and he has benefitted from this instruction and discipline so much. He loves it too. He is proud of his progress (he has progressed to an Orange belt so far), and he likes to show what he knows and feels good at. Master Brown is a great instructor for him as well. My son needs a patient person, but also consistent high expectations with praise and consequences in the mix; he gets this every time from Master and Mrs Brown. As a parent, I like all the options for attending class, as well as the fact there are often teens and adults also in class that give my son additional role models. Additionally, they've continued to provide Zoom / FB Live classes during the COVID-19 closures which has been critical in our home to providing some normality for him. We can't wait to be able to come to face-to-face class again!

She gives great advice on how to plant and care for your purchases. This place is a real diamond! Wish they would advertise better so more people could take advantage of their beautiful, healthy plants! Even the greenhouses show a lot of love, with plants artfully arranged in pretty groups, instead of in long boring rows!!

I can't begin to explain what a huge impact Apral has had on my health and wellbeing…read more I first met her when I was recovering from a very serious knee injury (tears of 13 ligaments and tendons including a level-3 complete MCL tear and the second skiing related ACL tear on the same knee in my lifetime). I'd registered for the class not knowing if I'd be able to do any of it, but since it was at my library and was subsequently free, it seemed like a risk worth taking. Apral meets you where your at and is such an inspiring and insightful yogi and coach. She asks at the beginning of every group or personal session if there are any injuries or areas of concern she should know about, and offers modifications accordingly. Over the course of a few years, I've develolped the ability to do virtually all of the things I thought were never-agains for me (even crouching all the way from standing to chair to butt on the floor), and I've had the joy of watching her meet others exactly where they are and inspire wellness and growth in them. She excels both with folks with particular needs (seniors, kids, etc.) and in providing a challenge for fullly able-bodied folks alike. I honestly can't imagine where I'd be without her. If you have a chance to utilize her affordable (and honestly, priceless) services, can't recommend it highly enough!
