We had an awful experience here and will never be coming back…read more One employee in particular completely ruined what should have been a fun outing for our family. We were charged for extra jump time incorrectly, and when we tried to calmly point out the mistake, the staff member refused to fix it or even explain it clearly. We were essentially told "too bad" after paying more than we should have. It got worse. That same employee then stopped my child from using the rock wall, claiming there was an age requirement. No such rule was posted anywhere. Even more frustrating, we watched multiple kids who were clearly younger use the rock wall immediately after while my child was singled out and turned away. There was no consistency, no explanation, and no attempt to treat guests fairly. My child was embarrassed and upset, and the staff showed zero empathy or accountability. If you're going to make up rules on the spot and enforce them selectively, you shouldn't be working with families and kids. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customers and treats children equally.

The flight of ciders was a treat and we enjoyed trying 4 different ones and comparing which we liked best! (Lemon ginger was a BIG hit!) The staff were all friendly and helped narrow down our choices. There's a separate part of the property where they hold weddings and events, which would be beautiful! Looked like they also have food trucks and music in the tap house regularly too. Looking forward to visiting again when I am back in town, gotta try the new seasonal flavor!

We learned that you can pick your own caterer and provide your own booze which can go along way in both cost and allowing you to truly customize your special event. This was one of the top contenders for our wedding day. What ended up keeping us from booking is that we wanted to have a November wedding and this venue is perfect for outdoor weddings so it just was too much of a gamble with the crazy Ohio weather. If you're venue shopping, I highly recommend this place. It was just so nice and if you're an Upper Arlington resident, you can get even more of a discount. Check it out!

The staff was excellent -- always checking in to see if we needed anything. According to Charlotte, one of the venue coordinators, they can seat about 150 max. The wedding I attended had a little under 100 guests, with plenty of room to move about with the dance floor set up in the front of the venue. For the ceremony: There is a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking a pond w/ a fountain. Plenty of seating with a small aisle for the bridal party to walk down. For the reception: There is plenty of room! Tons of natural lighting. A concession stand type window bar area and an alcove to set up the food and cake tables. I was very impressed with this venue. It was clean, modern, easy to access, great staffing, with tons of natural beauty to it. I will definitely be suggesting this location to future photography clients. Well done, Amelita Mirolo.

The city of Pickerington's been holding their Thursday nite farmers market in this space. I was just there for a corn hole tournament benefiting a local business's Pelotonia endeavors. I absolutely adore the big orangeish and turquoise block design. There's lots of large windows all around, too. There's a bar in the open space, as well as a smaller room within that can host smaller groups for meetings, etc. since opening The Loft, Combustion has done a great job holding many different events, beer-centered and not.
