A special thanks to Cary, who I worked with closely throughout the process. From the moment I decided to move forward with the roof replacement, all the way through signing the contract to the final delivery, it was truly an exceptional experience. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The way they treated both me and my family was with the utmost respect. Their personal presentation was spotless, and they left everything clean and orderly at the end of each day. It took two solid days of hard work under the hot sun, and I could tell they put genuine care and effort into what they do. I truly admire and respect that. Cary kept me informed every step of the way, and his communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process smooth and worry-free. I found the pricing reasonable and a good value compared to other estimates. he was able to schedule the work quickly. I had an added complication of not being local and needing him to work with my tenant's schedule and requests. He and his brother, Donnie, worked through the logistics to make sure the on site trailer was out of the way of the tenant who was having a shower the day prior to work commencing. Trace and Donnie made a stressful situation so much easier and actually pleasant. I had complete confidence that they would deliver what they promised, and they did. They offer a one time transferable warranty which was very important to me since I was in the process of selling the house. I highly recommend Atlanta Roofing without hesitation! They have a very clear process for design and construction. It does involve a lot of meetings, but everyone there is so nice to work with, we didn't mind. They were also great about scheduling meetings at the end of the day, so that we didn't have to miss work. Their architect found a great solution to the problem of adding on to our house without spending a huge amount of money. Renewal's team is experienced with the 203K streamline loan, which we used to add onto our home. It would have been difficult to deal with a contractor who was new to this type of loan product. I will definitely post pictures of the finished job. The work will raise our property value, and make our house into our dream home!
