We scheduled the work, they came and did it at the price quoted, and were super friendly. Presto, problem sorted. After a couple of poor experiences in the past with other Fly by Night plumbers who were Nobody's Hero, it was nice to have it done quickly with a professional crew. I am over the moon at the amazing job he did and for stepping in when the previous plumber not only had no clue, but lied, took my money and left things a mess and not to mention came to work drinking alcohol at 9:00 am. That would explain him leaving, not returning, saying he fell asleep and making excuses over several days. Warning really look at their license because hiring an unlicensed plumber (prev. plumber) may void the warranty of your brand new unit. Yikes! Much gratitude to Hilary for getting me in so quickly and to Joe for hooking up my on demand unit and getting me up an running!

Expensive, yes charged nearly $300 for 20 minute valve change Quality 50/50, needed the valve changed on tub faucet, I know how to do it, pulled the screws but the calcium deposit were too bad to pull the handle, I didn't want to dent up the hardware with a home fix, so call Windsor plumbing, again they showed up on time, did the repair and left, leaving the screws I pulled right on the tub edge. It is not hard to put the screws back took me all of 5 minutes, but for 300.00 you think they would have completed the job.

Outstanding service, honest diagnosis, and true professionalism!…read more I can't recommend Mountain Range Plumbing highly enough. I was dealing with a water heater that wouldn't stay lit, leaving my rental property's tenant without hot water. After another plumbing company charged me $300 for a diagnosis that failed to identify the problem, I called Mountain Range Plumbing for a second opinion. The difference was night and day. Within just 20 minutes, Mountain Range Plumbing identified and removed a wasps' nest blocking the water heater's exhaust vent. The water heater worked immediately, and the problem hasn't returned. What impressed me most was their efficiency, professionalism, and transparency. They didn't waste my time with unnecessary repairs or guesswork. They found the actual problem, fixed it, and provided a detailed diagnostic report with photographs documenting their findings. Their diagnostic service also cost less than what I had paid the previous company. After weeks of frustration, delayed repairs, and unnecessary expense, Mountain Range Plumbing resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I only wish I had called them first! If you want a plumbing company that takes the time to find the actual problem, communicates clearly, and stands behind its work, I wholeheartedly recommend Mountain Range Plumbing. They earned my trust and will be my first call for future plumbing needs.
