He had been falling alot, head aches, brain fog, etc... The next morning, he died in his bedroom at my house. I called them and they said they NEVER got the message, that it must have landed on the "general voicemail". What, he was wanting her opinion and approval before going to the hospital. ***NOW, FAST-FORWARD to 2025-2026. I have another friend that's been going there. His blood pressure is extremely high, last visit 170/117. 4-5 months ago, I finally went to to their office to complain that not getting correct prescriptions to publix correctly. I was also crying bc I had already lost 1 friend. I finally worked out out...that time. Last week, same thing. I called, they checked and said (and spelled) his BP meds had been called in. 4 days later, today, they explained to the patient that they did "NOT SEND IT IN BC THEY HAD NEVER PRESCRIBED THAT MED!" YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. BLOOD PRESSURE IS ALWAYS HIGH bp/100+ and had been since he's been going there. We're looking for a new doctor

Luckily, they must have replaced the front desk staff because they're better now, but for years they were always so rude to me over the phone when I tried to schedule an appointment (always for 2+ months away, keep in mind I was trying to refill my medication). Since switching doctors, I was informed that they had not taken the proper precautions with their prescription of one of my medications. Crazy to hear that you should've been getting your heart checked every visit and not have received a single one ever. For the medication they could've prescribed a year's worth for, I had to come in every 3 months (again, couldn't because they are so booked up). I've never even met Dr. Jones in the multiple years I was a patient at her practice. The whole place is just incompetent, I am so relieved to have switched.

The only communication I received indicated that the visit would be virtual and that I could request a change if needed; however, no appointment link was provided. Five minutes before my 8:00 a.m. appointment, I called because I still had not received the link and was told it would be sent. At approximately 8:04 a.m., a nurse called to check me in. I explained that I still had not received the link and expressed concern about the process. The nurse responded that if I was "going to be difficult," the appointment could be rescheduled. When I explained that I had the right to raise concerns as a patient, the call was disconnected. I called back and was later connected with another nurse. It became apparent that she knew the first nurse and formed an opinion based on only part of the situation. She spoke over me, and when I pointed this out and informed her that she was being biased, she also disconnected the call. I have always been patient and understanding regarding cancellations, delays, and wait times, but being spoken to disrespectfully and having calls disconnected is unacceptable. I have had a great doctor at this practice, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. Respectful communication matters to me, and after this incident, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my care here. I have since reached out to a new provider. I am sharing this not out of anger, but because no patient should be treated this way for speaking up regarding a flawed process.

Dr. Kyrzynske's nurses are professional andcompassionate. I've never felt rushed as they gather information, review medications, or make notes for Dr. Kurzynske's review. But, it is Dr. Kurzynske who makes one feel like a real person with real value with real issues. He listens attentively, probes to ascertain issues, is not rebuffed by questions, and makes his patients feel like they've been heard and receiving the best medical attention and actions that a primary care physician could offer. He is knowledgeable and trusted to be current in that knowledge. He views patients as whole persons, physically, mentally, and emotionally. He sees the patient in context of their circumstances (i.e., impacted by needs resulting from work and family situations). His compassion is real and comforting. He is forthright in positive and helpful ways. His sense of humor is appreciated. Dr. Kurzynske is one in a billion!

Come to think of it, none of them look healthy. I've seen more diagnostic confidence from the Magic 8-Ball in my kid's toy box. Worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. Has no medical knowledge or recommendations when asked. Women in the office are all overweight and rude except for one. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. If you practice health, you should at least attempt to appear healthy. Dr Pak knows nothing about health.

1 Star…read more Watching my wife go through a miscarriage was already one of the most painful experiences our family has faced. What made it worse was witnessing the way she was spoken to during her care with Dr. Meadors. During an incredibly vulnerable and devastating moment, I heard my wife being yelled at by a physician and watched as she felt her concerns, emotions, and pregnancy loss were being dismissed. As her husband, I was shocked and outraged by the interaction. Other members of our family heard it as well and were equally disturbed. This was not simply my wife being emotional because of what she was experiencing. We witnessed the interaction ourselves. No woman going through the loss of a pregnancy should feel belittled, dismissed, or spoken to harshly by the medical professionals entrusted with caring for her. My wife deserved compassion, patience, professionalism, and dignity. Instead, she left the experience hurt and deeply disappointed, and as her husband, it was extremely upsetting to see her treated that way when she was already grieving. Our family will not forget this experience. Based on what I personally witnessed and how my wife was treated during such a vulnerable time, I cannot recommend this practice.
