0 stars. Trash customer service. My vehicle was parked right beside the Practicar location on Mount Edward road. No "No Parking" signs posted. No indication from staff that right beside their building was technically another businesses property. No shuttle service at 4:30 because it was "getting late in the day". Had a horrible experience with this car rental company. They were over an hour late to pick me up on the day my vehicle went into the shop, which made me late for work. When I did call to see if they were on the way they claimed that I was mistaken, that I didn't have an appointment with them and that I was in the wrong. However, I had called two days prior to confirm my appointment and they assured me that day that everything was in order. Once I got there the young boy and girl at the counter looked as if they were bothered by my presence. They insisted that I needed to purchase extra insurance for my vehicle, while I continued to assure them that my insurance covered all costs and that I was not interested in purchasing any unnecessary coverage. Upon returning the vehicle, the same two workers were again the least helpful they could be. The young gentlemen who appeared to be high proceeded to walk out to inspect my vehicle. He began inspecting my personal vehicle instead of the rental. He also insisted that I would receive a $45 charge because my vehicle was returned without a full tank of gas. It was full. In order to get the process over with as quickly as possible I returned to the shop, took the rental to the gas station down the road and put $9 of gas into the rental in order to make it "full". So ridiculous!!! The two working the counter should never be left unattended because they alone made my experience with this company horrible. I will never use this service again and I highly recommended my family and friends to never use this rental company as well.. If 0 stars was an option they would receive it. read more
