After dropping it off, it only took 1hr from start to finish. They cleaned the shards of glass from the inside of my can, and left it cleaner then when I dropped it off. Can't speak highly enough of my experience. That's Good Guys!

I have to give the guys at Novus Glass credit. They were able to quickly assess the condition of…read moremy rental car windshield, identify the proper replacement glass appropriate for the vehicle and install it with diligence and care. Now, they do not have a supply house on island, so it is likely your glass will have to be shipped in overnight from the mainland. My replacement windshield was there as promised and they even let me come in early to start the job as I had a long distance drive ahead of me that morning. The staff is very friendly and explained each segment of the work to me as they went along with the replacement. I would definitely go to these guys again if I lived in the region.

We popped in this morning to have someone take a look at our driver's side mirror (the glass had…read morepopped loose after an brief altercation with a barrier in a MacDonald's drive-through) and there was a rust spot near the back window. The service was speedy, thorough, and professional. We were served right away without any wait time and both issues were taken care of within 10 minutes. If we require any other glass repairs we'll definitely use Novus again.
