I heard from a co worker that this company works on their work vehicles and has a record of being fast and extremely thorough. I dropped by to get an idea an idea of what it would cost to fix some of the problems my vehicle has been developing and what other services might bring a little life back into a truck ive grown extremely fond of. Their service team was extremely friendly and helpful in directing me through a plan to get my truck operating the way it used to. While they looked into the steering issue i came in for i engaged in a conversation with one of the younger technicians. As he was pulling tires off a delivery truck he mentioned how he had been hired a few months prior and was taken off guard by how engaged this company is in the development of its employees and how much time they spend as a team to work on new methods and techniques to stay ahead of the curve. Off he went to shadow the inspection they were set to do on my vehicle. Its not often that you see a company show itself to be a community and from what i could tell there was some pretty eager knowledgeable members sharing skills and information. I came back in the afternoon to get my truck and a list of fixes that would improve my experience. I booked in the next week for a few that i could afford at the time and they took care of it quickly and at a reasonable rate. Got my truck back nice and clean and it feels like it pumped years of life back into how it drives. Was absolutely fantastic dealing with this company and i feel good about supporting such a connected and knowledgeable group of people. Great job!

Cory and the rest of the folks at Benchmark saved our Alaska road trip from a brake meltdown!…read more Traveling up from the Idaho border, we started to notice some noise coming from the brakes. At our next stop, had a local shop check the brakes and found they needed new front pads. However, the shop there would not have been able to fit us in for four days, which would have completely scrambled our plans. So, started calling shops ahead on our route to see if anyone could help us out. The minute Cory picked up the phone, I knew we were in competent hands. I explained the problem and told him we'd be in Prince George in a couple of days. He said "no problem", asked a couple of the right questions, and told me he could order pads to be ready when we got there. A couple days later, I rolled into Benchmark at 8 AM when they opened. Met Cory and the rest of the crew, and they told me they'd get right on it. They had me out and on the road by 10 AM, and much relieved at their helpfulness and conscientiousness. If I lived in Prince George, they'd be my regular shop!

So i had to give these guys a call. I heard that they price matched and delivered their vehicles…read moreany where in Canada. For free no less. I had to find out if its true. I talked to Kevin and even though I was calling in long distance and felt uneasy about thinking about buying a vehicle from a dealer so far away, he took the time to answer all my questions. He told me that they truck the vehicle to an agreed to location. Preferably a vehicle insurer so that you can put the insurance and plates on the vehicle and drive it home. I thought that was cool.. I buy a car or truck and meet you at my insurance registry and take the vehicle home. kind of like ordering pizza for pickup just it happens to be a car or truck that you're taking home. I had to ask why would I buy from you instead of my local dealer. Mostly it had to do with price. All the warranty is covered by the manufacturer and any local dealership will take care of the service. To buy from them is to get the best deal. I found out that it was the volume that they do that allows them to be so competitively priced with even the local dealerships here. They also have a referral program where they pay $500 to people who refer them business. If the referral turns into a deal you get $500 for your efforts. I didn't know car dealers paid referrals? By the way. It's true. The shipping is free any where in Canada. Now to find 100 friends to go buy from them so i can buy the car I want!
