With only minimal email/phone communication in the subsequent months to tweak the design, Tammy was able to execute on everything we discussed on the day-of my wedding events. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome, as were my guests! Tammy was punctual, reliable, and creative in her approach to decorating my wedding event spaces. I felt I could depend on her to get the job done efficiently and well, without having to micromanage her. I would recommend her to friends and family without hesitation.

I had all ready made some calls to other photographers because I need a family photo and Christmas is right around the corner. I went ahead and booked with Arturo before day light savings for a day after at 4 p.m. He only works outdoors or in your home. Well we realized it would be a little too dark at 4. So rescheduled, that day didn't work out due to rain and rescheduled again on a Sunday. Except Mr. Vera didn't show or pick up his phone or try to contact me until the next day via safe mode, email. He sounds nice enough over the phone, but don't schedule on a Sunday as I am sure it interfered with some football game...that's just an assumption. What a drag that we spent all of that time getting ready and then waiting 30 minutes in a parking lot. Two stars for his good communication up until he flaked on the appointment.

The album was a disappointment with some photos that should have been cropped; and the photos were printed on thick cardstock paper. We would have rather had a bigger selection of photos on less expensive paper. She will take hundreds of photos, but doesn't weed out the less flattering photos. You download all of the photos from her website, and then you have to do the weeding yourself which is a huge job. Julie is also slow in responding to text messages and emails. We paid for everything up front, so it is discouraging when you don't get return calls.
