The secretary is ignorant. I had to reschedule an appointment over the phone. While the secretary was on the phone with me giving me the time and date the appointment was being rescheduled, I put the appintment in my calender in my phone. We got to the appointment a half hour early, the secretary tells me we are late and that she isnt sure if the person scheduled could be seen. She preceedes to tell me that she didnt not tell me the time that was given to me over the phone. Then a Nurse comes out to take over because I'm heated at this point. She is nice at first but then starts to talk to me like I am incompatient to make the schedualed time that "they had writen down" not the time that was given to me over the phone. I've been trying to make this appointment for 3 months. In December, they cancelled the initial appointment without notifying me. So it was rescheduled for Janurary. I missed that appointment (my fault, and I took responsibilty for it). But then, this one I was giving the wrong time!!! I was a half hour early for the time I was given over the phone, but only 10 mins late for the time they apparently had scheduled, which they couldn't see us today because us being "late". I've drove there 2 times now for this appointment and every time it was their end that failed but they never made it any better. Just treated me like I was wrong. read more
