The boxes sent ahead were there, unopened, sitting on a chair. We had to set up the photographs ourselves. The family's side chairs were very much worn out, no support and old (should have been restored / thrown out 20 years ago.) Not very comfortable for the family. Water was provided in tiny unrefrigerated containers. Men's Room was decorated in 4th of July style, and had no soap. We were checked in on once during the entire viewing. Ceiling tiles were discolored and some mismatched. My father was being cremated, so we had to rent the coffin, only slightly cheaper than buying one.
