Celtax will have a new customer when I need them. Today, Mario(I think that's his name) showed up at my door. Let me explain. Our beloved pet who was part of our family for 8 of the 12 years of her life, unexpectedly had medical emergency last week. It was kind of a traumatic thing, especially because I was 2 hours away and could not be with her when she passed away. It was and is so devastating. It doesn't feel real. Our pets our a HUGE part of our life. 8 years ago when I visited a humane society, she jumped in my lap. She chose me. I didn't choose her. You're probably reading this and saying to yourself, "Awe, but what does that have to do with Celtax?" Well, I called Chewy to cancel an auto ship ordered for her medications. I told Chewy our pet passed away. Well, they had flowers delivered. The delivery driver dropped the flowers off at the wrong address. They dropped them off at Mario's doorstep, which is not even on the same street. Mario walked over and rang the door bell. I was confused as to someone was delivering me flowers. Thank you, Mario. It really means a lot. It turns out, Mario called me prior to arriving. I thought it was a home health agency calling me back for a family member who is elderly and bed ridden. It's been that kind of year. This is one of my few times finally back home in a while. We had just had lunch and I didn't want to talk on the phone. It was Mario, who looked me up and called me. I googled the number to see which home health agency called me, but it turns out it was Mario. What a gentleman! Thank you so much! 2020 has been full of surprises for me, and this was such a pleasant surprise. read more
