With this delivery service, I was able to pick out a new suitcase via Whatsapp while having dinner. The new suitcase was delivered to the hotel while I was out. I *needed* a replacement immediately--I had a lot of stuff to transport, but I also wanted to avoid a sudden, significant expense, since I was visiting from the US. So, I took a chance with the Luggage Centre, not knowing exactly what I would get since I wasn't visiting a brick and mortar store. First impression: they were super responsive (even though I contacted them at night!), helpful, and very informative. Prices were very reasonable, too. Second impression: I was impressed that they delivered as quickly as they did and in a location that worked well for me. Third impression: the luggage was exactly as described and came with a 15 year warranty! I got a hard-shell expandable case with 8 360-degree turning wheels, and a TSA approved luggage lock. After 3 plane trips (2 within Europe, and 1 from Europe back to the States with a layover in very wintry conditions), 2 long train rides, and walks over cobblestoned streets, the bag has held very well. What I really like, too, is that is its unique coloring makes it easy to identify on the luggage carousel. I am very happy I found them--wholeheartedly recommend The Luggage Centre and would entrust them with any of my luggage needs!
