I got the phone home, opened the back and found the battery showed water damage. I returned it and was given another phone. So this time when I needed another phone, I thought of Ophone. Unfortunately, the screen protector they put on for free ended up being more costly in the end. I first noticed a minor crack at the bottom edge of the phone just after changing the phone case. Then a small crack appeared midway on the screen. After changing my phone case again, I noticed another minor crack on the top corner this time. When the protector was taken off he showed me that the crack was not the screen but was in fact on the protector. Phew. Okay. I was happy about that. However, he then offered to put a new protectoe on and I said no. He insisted, and I allowed him to proceed. Big mistake. The pressure from putting on and removing the new protector caused a crack down the screen for real this time. When I showed him the now cracked screen he denied causing it after just showing me that there was no crack on the screen. Needless to say I will not be a repeat customer. I was told that this was a "demo phone" which I assumed meant it was in nearly new condition, but I believe it was actually a refurbished phone. I would also caution about those screen protectors...my previous 2phone did not have one and lasted me over three years without damage. This one lasted a little over a month with a "screen protector" that did not protect my screen at all. #BuyerBeware

I wanted to buy an ipad for my young son and he said "this stuff is junk for young kids" but I still went ahead and bought it! He will give you his honest opinion and isn't just out to make a sale. I had some major issues with my laptop and he installed a new SSD hard drive for me and gave me a really good price. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. My laptop is almost 10 years old and runs like it's new. I don't know if this is still in effect but when I was last there a while ago he offered a 15% discount if you paid cash. This is an honest business, go here for your cellphone or computer needs!
