I washed all of this down with a hefeweisen beer from Hope brewery that are based in the hunter valley. We sat out on the deck in the warm winter sun overlooking the harbour while sipping, dipping, devouring and relishing the goods in front of us. Just doesn't seem like a big deal ‍ We ended up with four eggs all poached pretty differently, but all fresh - so - not too bad. The bacon wasn't crispy at all, just a bit sad on my plate. There aren't a heap of options for really great coffee and breakfast in port Stephens, and this wasn't too bad, but I probably won't be back.
