I bought a nice Sopero at Celia Talavera (Cafe). I purchased with insurance for shipping to California. When the sopero arrived the top was broken. I have written numerous emails trying to use the insurance and have gotten no response. I sent emails to: taller@talaveracelia.com and tienda@talaveracelia.com to receive no response. When visiting I really liked the place, but the Talavera was pretty pricey and I figured the insurance would cover any issues. I am dissapointed because the package was wrapped poorly. Moreover I still have not heard back after numerous emails. read more
