This boutique New Age store is a pathetic excuse for a business. They sell products of low quality and their attitude sucks. The man who runs the shop obviously forgot to attend his Minding my Manners class this morning after projecting his ruthless, unwarranted behavior toward me. I'm exquisitely shocked that any running business could possibly show such unprofessionalism as the one I experienced today. After looking for a mirror around the entire store, I managed to fine one tiny, dusty mirror attached to a stand with a rubber band. Naturally, I picked it up, and out fell some hidden compartment within it. Instead of being calm, the man simply snatched the mirror out of my hand and told me that I had "done a number on it"..... after adding that he had fixed it once before. (Why would anyone keep a semi-broken item in their store anyway?) After I apologized, he attacked me still with remarks about how I should have stopped and read the signs around the store about asking for assistance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I grabbed a hand mirror, not some golden encrusted statue of the manure they represent! If that wasn't enough, here's a further extension about just how discordant he is with the basic principles of running a successful business: In walks a lady (prospective customer). She starts to browse the store....perhaps looking for a gift or a personal item. She comes across some wind bells and touches them. The man uncannily tells her, "I have that item on sale. I'll give it to you for the same price I bought it for. Ten dollars. It doesn't really sound so good." How does he expect to lure customers to purchase from the store, when he admits his inventory is crap? She unsurprisingly walked away. It's unfortunate to note that a store of metaphysics and healing is projecting such negative energy in their workplace for others to absorb. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Thank you Celestial Treasures for awakening me to the realms of human ignorance. Your teachings will not be forgotten. read more

Uplifting experience! Caroline (not sure about the spelling) was outstanding. Great energy and help. I was looking for a place that would allow me to hold the crystals in my hands before purchasing (it is obvious to most, but some locations won't allow it), which they do. They also cleanse the crystals for you. I went to purchase crystals without expectations, but with a desire to make it an experience. Caroline definitely made it happen for me. Her and Carlos were very pleasant, yet very authentic. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. The positive vibes (and recently acquired crystals) stuck with me for the rest of the day. I rarely leave reviews, but definitely do when deserved. Caroline is an asset to this business! A cute little store in the heart of Coconut Grove. The girls there are always very nice and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of stones and incense. I have to say that I would not get a reading there though. The readings are conducted in a back room with no door so if you are shopping for items on the back wall of the store you can hear everything. I remember the psychic asking her client way too many questions. A good psychic medium does not ask you questions. read more

This place is so cool :) I wanted to buy incense and hate getting them from stores like walmart or target because they usually stink. This place has a decent selection of stick incense (no cones), oils, and other aromatics. They also have mala beads, lots of crystals, books, statues, jewelery, etc. I wish I had more time to look around. The lady in the front was very nice and not pushy. I want a small Buddha statue. I went into the store last Friday hoping to find one. The owner seemed like a nice guy. He told me he did not have any statues out, but he had about five of them in the boxes behind him. He had, apparently, just gotten a shipment and had not had enough time to unload all of the merchandise. He told me if I came back next week he would surely have them out. So, today is Thursday and I went back. I got the exact same story. It's not like the store is very busy. I was the only customer in the place, and the owner was just sitting there. I moved to Miami almost a year ago, I had really been disappointed in the overall lack of connection and grounding I felt here... I have lived a lot of place but I felt very alone here. When I was at one of my most confusing days, I went there and I was thrilled to find actual people, not Zombies in there they not only are knowledgeable about the merchandise, what I found beautiful is that they all have their own gifts and have no problem saying so and so is excellent in that. You know then it's not about the sale it's about pure compassion to help another human. I am there all the time and feel a sense of peace whenever I go. I truly love the merchandise and the staff. I used to be a pretty frequent shopper at this store, but they've lost a customer today. About a month ago I bought a charcoal burner that did not make it past the first use. I had no idea that it would not be able to do what it was supposed to do, which is tolerate the heat of a charcoal briquette. The briquette could barely get a good burn going before the adhesive holding the mesh and the ring melted and the briquette dropped to the bottom of the burner almost causing a fire. I tried to take the burner back earlier this week, but the store wasn't open at the posted open time of 10:45a. I called and they said they would be open at 11am. Went back back at 11:02a to be on the safe side and they still weren't open. I went back today after a meeting only to hear that they have a 7 day return policy, which I have never heard before. Stores with pretty strict return policies usually say it during each transaction (i.e. Forever 21), but I've never heard it from CT. Also...I didn't use the burner right away, so I was already past the 7 days when the incident happened. She was polite and apologized for not being able to do anything since it was store policy. $30+ gone to waste. Nonetheless, since I was unable to return or exchange it, I left the faulty burner with the store attendee and walked out. read more

I had the best experience with Wendy. Her reading was spot on. She was able to help answer my question and even provided the key to the question I asked about. Her prediction as to when my question would be answered was also accurate. During my oracle reading, she made me feel super comfy and was really insightful as to what each card represented. And even before my reading, she was able to share information about how oracle reading are done as well as it's purpose. This was also helpful since I had never heard of this type of reading before. I will say this. I went into the reading with a clear mind and positive mind. I also direct about the question. I gave her all the insight she needed in order for her to help give me a great reading.
