Seeing that my babies are happy to see her each time I take them tells me how well they are being cared for each and every time. She is extremely knowledgeable! She is always reliable. In the 9 years that I have been taking them to her, she has never rescheduled an appointment with me which is pretty amazing! I certainly cannot say that about my hair stylist...and that is what she is a styist. My shih-tzus can go in looking pretty "ruff" and come out prancing! Yes, that is cheesy but it is the truth! I called ahead to let them know I was coming to pick the dogs up. When I got there I was treated like I was a terrible inconvenience. I have a beagle mix and a golden doodle. As I stood waiting for my dogs, I listened to the staff talk to a family who was going to purchase one of their puppies. They gave a whole lecture about how they love all of their dogs and have the right to take the dog back if they find out it's not being treated well, etc., etc. My dogs they didn't care so much about. My beagle was bleeding when I picked him up. Nothing was said to me about it. And both dogs had their harnesses wrapped around their necks instead of properly on their bodies. I was told the staff didn't know how they worked. Really? Just be aware. They look like a great facility, but they may not give you the service they promise.
