The girl working (brianna) says "does she have an id?" I said no, she's 13. She said "oh is that the age she can do a spray tan? I'd have to check...what about a school ID?" I said "well a school ID wouldn't have her age, and the girl last time said she could tan when she turned 13". She said "you need to bring her BIRTH CERTIFICATE..."To get a spray tan? Are you kidding me? Also the fact that she wasn't even sure what age she needed to be and said she had to check with her manager but then never did.... I was double charged on the 10th of the month when membership is supposed to come out on the first- I finally just had to change my card number altogether because Kim will not stop charging me. Add insult to injury my financial institution informed me that it is NOT a recurring charge- meaning she is pushing those charges through manually. Wait times will be excessive since everyone that didn't want to pay for a full month is trying to get in their tanning at the end. They need to have a way to call ahead and get in line if you're a customer that pays for a full month. It's pretty ridiculous. Almost unusable unless you have 30-40 minutes to spare. If they want to offer bargain options, just do weekly or biweekly passes that are the prorated pricing. At least that way the customer flow would be spread out throughout the month instead of everyone trying to come during the last part of the month. I am def looking for other options.

European Tan has the worst customer service I've encountered. The manager, Bella, provided a 7-day free trial and said CEO/President at European Tanning Inc, George Papadapolis would follow up. After reviewing my original call, George agreed to honor the 10-day trial by adding 3 luxury bed sessions to my account. However, on my next visit, only the 3 sessions appeared. When I contacted George, he had removed the 7-day trial, ignored our agreement, and insisted the 3 sessions for $25 was a great deal. When I followed up again, he canceled the remaining sessions (I have yet to see a refund or refund email) and told me to pay full price. At the very least, the 7-day trial should still be honored. Until European Tan improves its customer service and ensures consistency in its offers, I wouldn't recommend going there.

As I waited, eventually a man left the back room and walked *straight* out making me really question the "South State St" of it all. She left while I got on the table, then returned and asked how much pressure and immediately DEEP into tightness in my back. She held no punches and wasted no time getting into my knots and trigger points. I've never had a masseuse dig in so expertly and efficiently before. She was so efficient and effective that I started to think surely we were going overtime but nope, she ended right on time, using the full hour efficiently and effectively loosening up my back. As I lay there got to chit chatting and she's licensed as both a masseuse and esthetian with 10 years of experience. All in all she was really great! Give it a shot on ClassPass!

I waited for 55 minutes yesterday at Palm Beaches and never even received a tan because I was a "new customer" and, therefore, they had to take all of the existing customers in before they could help me because signing me up would take A LOT longer. Since my lunch break was up in 5 minutes, I had to leave. Today, I went to Treasure Island Tanning in Midvale. The girl that helped me was fantastic! She actually listening to what I had to say and NOT ONCE did she try to sale me anything that I didn't want. She actually recommended a bed that certainly wasn't the most expensive even though she knew that I was desperate to get some color before my upcoming wedding in ten days. Also, the new customer process was SO simple! It did not take me any more than 3 minutes to get set up in the system and into a bed. I am completely relieved for receiving such excellent and prompt service. THANK YOU!!!
