Celebrity Style Wigs from my experience is a big disappointment! This experience has been a one way trip to hell! First, it is nearly impossible to get through to anyone via telephone to even place the order, much less to report a mistake with the order. My unit was custom made, and I took great pains to ensure I clearly defined the specifications, to include the hair type, density, and length of 30", and specific color,hair type and so on. I was told I was receiving a discount when placing the order online, only to be contacted by Jennifer afterwards and told I had to pay another $100 towards the order- which happened to be the amount of the "discount" I was promised. I paid the extra money and patiently waited for my order, which by the way shipped late. Although I clearly defined what I wanted, and paid the extra fees for heavy 180% density, I did NOT receive what I ordered. To my horror, when I opened the package, instead of being happy with my order I was shocked and disappointed. The unit was skimpy, stringy, and you could see the stitching - clearly not heavy density as I ordered. It was also several shades lighter than what I ordered, and the ends were broken and frayed. You can literally see through it. I had to make several tries to place the order, and trying to reach Jennifer to communicate that the order was wrong and was even more difficult. lt took days of dialing all of the phone extensions to finally get through. I patiently explained the differences in what I received and what I ordered. Jennifer asked me to send the unit back, which I did. At no time did she apologize for the inconvenience ,acknowledge the mistake, or offer to make it right. She refused to do anything. To add insult to injury, she argues with me about the poor quality, refused to acknowledge what a terrible mistake had been made, and shipped the same unit back even though we both knew it did not meet the specifications for my custom order. I paid for this unit in full and still did not get 180 density.I paid extra to get that but Jennifer! refused acknowledge all of the terrible flaws in a unit that I paid $955.00 for. Once I paid for this unit, I clearly no longer mattered. Jennifer refused to correct the problem or make any attempt at customer satisfaction. I didn't get it even though she got my money. I took the time to thoroughly examine this unit which didn't meet specifications. I paid for specifications that I did not get. I would have loved to recommend Celibrity Style Wigs to all my friends, but after my experience, this would not be wise at all. Jennifer has yet to fix the problem. read more

I can not be more satisfied with my Celebrity Style Wig. I have ordered from other places in the past with mixed quality, I switched to Celebrity Style 3 years ago and I will NEVER order from anywhere else. The hair was exactly as described, and the quality was impeccable. All my wigs are still in perfect condition. The only reason I ordered more is to change up style and color. I received my order in a timely fashion, and customer service was more than happy to have lengthy conversations about my order to help me choose. Beware of this business. Do Not Order Anything from this company if you want to get your order timely. The owner, Jennifer, is extremely unprofessional. This company at one time was very good and professional. When you placed an ordered for one of their units, you could expect to receive it timely. That is not the case now. The Customer Service of this company has gone down the drain. I have ordered units recently and despite the date on my invoice that clearly reflected the shipping date, my order was not timely shipped. Rather than the owner, Jennifer, taking responsibility, she instead elected to take a nonchalant attitude and had the audacity of offer me a $100 coupon towards my next unit. Who does that? Why would anyone order another unit, when they could not even get their unit timely? Trust me, I have been wearing lace front units for over 8 years and there are way too many other professional distributors with good Customer Service to have to waste your time with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service offered by this company. I have been a very happy customer for 6 years now!!! And I have a shipment on its way as of date!!! .. I am still looking for a quality provider. I was a customer of celebrity style wigs and was very pleased up until the last two years. I noted the decline in customer service. I also experienced a late shipment of over two months. The shipping fee was returned to me as a courtesy. The issue increased in severity because it then became about the quality of the units. I do not have the luxury of returning units that are not made correctly, hair dye not consistent throughout, excessive gray hairs on a unit that is supposed to be 1b, etc... The response was less than professional and there was no offer to correct other than to return and wait, again, that would not have been possible. My other option was to spend more money locally while I wait for them to correct errors that were visible upon shipping. Given my consistent history as a customer spending over a $1,000 a year, I had hoped that some solution would have been offered. Sadly it was not. I am currently purchasing units on eBay. read more
