He has a way of storytelling that is so unique, that it is so unlike any other Pastor I've ever heard. He keeps you intrigued and you can really sense the Lord through his sermons. The soulful worship music, the use of flags, the expression towards God in dance all add an element that is definitely not boring. I like the fact they teach more than just salvation and embrace what the Bible has to say about many controversial issues. It seems they have different services for people with different bends. Saturday is more outreach, Sunday morning more worship & deeper word, Sunday nights are Bible Study, and personally I like the early morning prayer during the week. It's also a very desirable location for any type of business trying to make the most of a highly trafficked area. Although the building itself is a metal shell, the inside is very nice! The sanctuary will comfortably seat about 600 people and you could really jam about 700 in for special events, etc. None of the interior looks worn or shoddy, it's very well kept! The people that make up ROPWC are some of the nicest, most hospitable people you will ever meet. That's what church should be like! Friendly faces greeted me every single night. They have designated areas for children's ministry and my daughter (4) enjoyed herself every night and never complained or wanted to stay with mommy. Finally, the Pastor (Larry Osburn) is a wonderful man of God and a sincerely gifted leader. He and his wife do a great job pastoring the church and give of themselves wholeheartedly to people in need!
