The larger property was purchased by The Nature Conservancy in 2018 to protect the site's endangered, threatened and rare plants and animals and to ensure long-term conservation of the property. The Church of Eleven22 owns and runs the retreat center. It is mostly used by the church and their ministry partners. A beautiful and peaceful place to be.

It took me to a website that states it will hold Christmas Eve services at 7:30 pm. Come to find out, there are two Our Lady Star of the Sea and the 7:30 was at a different site. No where did it say what OLSS or SFOA stand for. I didn't question it since I got the website via the 106 E Dillington St address. Imagine for people out of town. I was NOT the only one at the door waiting for services. There was also confusion by several other people who were from out of town and thought the same. Merry Christmas.

The Bible Study before it was very good. The notes sung were not limited to the ones in the songbook. They were setting up dinner in the fellowship hall after the Sunday morning worship service. Although invited to stay for this, we didn't. The building looks nicer inside. It is a little dated, but still in good condition.
