You have to call back and have a Walgreens employee ask an employee in the Pharmacy to answer the phone. If you go for your covid vaccine shot, beware! You print out and complete the questionnaire but they don't look at it, instead they ask you the same questions as found on the questionnaire. Even though you've got prescriptions there before they still have to make copies of your insurance cards. The Pharmacy was full with every chair occupied. If you have an appointment at 12 and you arrive 15 minutes early you still have to wait more than 30 minutes. The technician gives you the covid vaccine shot not the Pharmacist. The waiting room is not clean, nor is the room where you get the shot. There is no sanitation going on...I told the technician she needed to take that can of Lysol and spray the chairs in the waiting room. She did not do that as when I got to my car I looked at the vaccination card and it had my birthday wrong. I had to go back into the Pharmacy and have them correct it. If they think the covid vaccine is the answer, I am definitely very skeptical after getting my covid vaccine shot in the most unorganized Pharmacy I've ever seen. Those employees are completely lost and seem to be very incompetent!

I have to admit, normally the women that are at the counter in the morning during the week are great, but I went late in the day on a Saturday. (Feb 6th). The rewards card didn't work to take the $0.45/GL off for the gas, so I went into the store. Despite all the signs on the doors and in the store that masks were required, the nasty woman working the register had none on .... neither did 3/4 of the people standing around the store or waiting in line to pay. The woman even was joking about how she didn't care if she caught something with the guy in the line ahead of me. So when I went up to the counter I explained to her (like all the other times I have had to do it) that I wanted to use my rewards card to get the discount on gas.. She told me to swipe my card...she was supposed to do something and then I was supposed to pay... meanwhile she holds the credit card reader while I am having to put my card in... Do you know how close you have to get to someone to do that?? She was practically in my face... The card machine said it was invalid... and then she proceeded to tell me the card couldn't be used for pay gas. LIKE I THOUGHT IT WAS A CREDIT CARD. She was nasty and I feel like her whole attitude towards me was because I WAS wearing a mask. She has no business working with the public. and I will be making my complaint to Win Dixie too, in hopes they drop the entire rewards program with Shell gas!!
