Did TPMS installations for nearly $600, light popped right back up the next day. Told them about…read moreit--they tried to make it seem like my fault and declined my call afterwards. Did not even ask for the TPMS installation in the first place. They added that because the operator wasn't listening to my request or deliberately ignored--I explicitly said no TPMS needed. Denied responsibility for the new sound in the wheel that appeared out of nowhere, said it's my fault for declining them pulling the car report--what's the connection between the report and the new mechanical problem? Would the sound not have appeared if I had pulled the report? A much more likely story is that there was a lurking problem they didn't know about and something they did made the symptom appear. In which case it would have been their responsibility to let me know that the absence of the report could cause further problems. Either way they need to tell the truth afterwards instead of telling a poor lie and trying to accuse me for the problem. Saw another comment saying their good brake pad and rotor got swapped out for bad ones--I would not be surprised if that were true, especially if you denied any of their more profitable service. Oil and filter change plus tire rotation is around $250 which is on the high end for auto shops. They're very intransparent about it and will be pissed when you ask for a detailed quote, so I'm sharing that here if anyone wonders. They'll also be pissed off when you show up one and a half hour later after they told you that's how long the work would take, and then proceed to take another one and a half hour to actually be done (possibly to drag out the labor hours). So much more unprofessional and improper behavior that I will skip here for brevity. Pretty outrageous for charging on the high end while delivering extremely hostile service. Will not even go back for the TPMS because I cannot trust them at all. Run your diagnostics elsewhere before coming here if you must--I would suggest getting work done elsewhere entirely. If you really enjoy spending money to get yelled at I would suggest an S&M dungeon instead. Or if you'd like to break your car I could do that for you for free.

They charged me over $700 to replace it & when I went to pick it up, the mirror they had put on my car was clearly from a junk yard--the paint finish didn't even match. I asked them to order me the NEW mirror that I paid for & slightly embarrassed, they said they would. I took my car again, & when I picked it up, they simply had spray painted the junkyard mirror and put it back on. it's not even the correct size--the enclosure doesn't even snap closed. They charge for new and salvage from junkyards. TOTAL HACKS.

I didn't get notified of the diagnosis until 4pm and couldn't get my car back until the next day. The humming noise could not be identified and suggested I change a tie rod. I thought this was the issue. I called on Tuesday morning to get an estimated time to pick up my car I was told 3pm. I arrived on time at 3pm since I had to get to work that evening, I was charged for the tie rod and sent on my way. Driving back home, I noticed the humming sound was still there and even louder. I looked at the repair bill and it stayed that the humming sound was possibly from the rear differential and could cost upwards of 2k dollars, I was shocked they didn't tell me this in person when I picked up the car. I called to get more information on this and they told me they could not exactly point out the source of the humming sound and that they were only 70% sure it was the rear differential. For 2k I wasn't sure if I could trust them to do the repairs given my experience so far. I'm very disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of solution finding to the problem I walked in with. About an hour later, I didn't feel safe with the car driving as is and called back asking to go ahead with the rear differential repair. They told me that they will shop around for parts and give me a call back. It is now Thursday and have not heard back from the shop. Terrible service. Go somewhere else

Very disappointed with owner. Brought my Toyota highlander to be inspected. Once they gave me back…read moremy car I noticed that they had to cut the tint to install my inspection stickers. But that is not the real problem. The real problem is that they cut my tint in the middle of the windshield where the windshield meets the hood and look like someone tried to put an X. I called the shop which I spoke to the manager who insisted on me to bring the car so they can view the cut mark. Once I got there, I showed him the spot. He proceeded to deny the incident. I know for a fact, they put the X at that spot because I had the car washed and there were no scratches on my window shield tint at all. The only fresh cut marks was the sloppy job of cutting my tint. To put the inspection stickers. I hate dealing with businesses that do not own up to their mistakes and I do not recommend this place to anybody because if they can deny something so my new and not take responsibility than when it comes to fixing a car, they will do the same thing which will mean more money out of your pocket. The only good thing about this shop is the receptionist. She's the only humble person there to deal with. It sucks that I have to go. somewhere else to take care of my inspections, even though I was advised to go another place other than them. The real reason why I went back to them from the beginning cause they put my first inspection sticker on and they did not cut my tinted windows and also the fact that the receptionist is pretty and very nice. But now I will never deal with them again.
