I have had a full body massage, a full facial and a back facial completed here. Their website is great for looking up all their services, prices and hours. You must call to schedule an appointment. Once you arrive, you fill out a form about your health and skin. Then wait for your student to come and call your name. Then, the two of you will go over your health screen, allergies and concerns. They take you back to the main room. Massages are done on one side of the hallway, and esthetician services are done on the other. No matter the service you get done, you are taken to a "room" which is just divided by curtains on all sides. Everyone speaks in low volume, as to not disturb the other customers. The student will take you to your "room" and explain what will happen. Then, they leave and give you privacy to undress, as needed for the service. After the service is complete, and you redress, the student walks you back out to the lobby. You are encouraged to give them constructive feedback that will help in their education. If you don't feel comfortable telling them directly, there is a written survey you can fill out. Tips are not required, but if you do want to tip, it must be done in cash directly to the student.

WOW, like 75% NOT covered by the practice exams. Just the start. Went back and did not focus on the tests as much (as they are virtually useless as they do not cover most of the exam) and did the sections again trying to focus on the questions that were on the exam and not on practice tests. Had to manually go back page by page to do this. With some being almost 100 pages, I used their live chat to see if I was just missing the way to start it over. No response. Said to click submit to get an email response, but there was not submit button? Tried again later in the afternoon, same. Tried again a day later with that and an additional question/comment, still NO RESPONSE. I am not being hyperbolic by saying I tried to use their "Live Chat" 8+ times over multiple days and NEVER got a response by chat or email. Study guide and customer service is TERRIBLE. Do not waste your money as I did.
