I will say - good luck getting your security deposit back. The company who owns this complex, Weidner Apartments, loves to screw over tenants when it comes to getting their security deposit back. They will charge for every minor thing. But get this - they can prorate your first month living in this apartment complex, but not your last month. My girl and I were moving down south and needed to stay the rest of our last month to get everything sorted out, and we literally had to pay an entire month's rent for under two weeks of extra time. Why? Because their system can't prorate for that. Sounds like lies, but then I remembered - Weidner Apartments. This company pays bottom dollar for everything.
