The morning buffet was surprising! I thought it would just be cereal and pastries -- but there were eggs, sausage, waffles, the works! But what really make the experience wonderful was the help of the staff. I forgot one of my bags at the hotel and one of the staff drove it to the airport for me!!!! I couldn't believe it. Over $200 a night for this room is a little bit outrageous for the situations that we've had to deal with for that. I wouldn't 100% recommend this place but I would not also say no completely. I wish there was some type of small refund for all of that since they seem to not care about that issue with the plumbing or whatever it was going on with the Jacuzzi tub.

Again, this place doesn't own its own carpet cleaner?!? The bed was a 2.75/5 so I got some needed sleep. Breakfast: half of it was out of service. Looking too rough for us to take any part of it. They charged me for a no-show despite the fact that I DID show, check-in and check-out normally. I am unsure why I was charged twice and the property has refused thus far to find a solution or refund either of the charges. I have been told 7 times that I would get a call back but I never do. The man on the phone has also told me that other customers have been calling with the same complaint, but still, no solution. It's shocking that this happened to one person, but to multiple people? Beware.
