We moved in Oct. 2019 and only planned to live here a month, until we could find something longer term, that we thought we would enjoy more, but because the neighborhood - park is so comfortable, friendly, well managed and maintained, we decided to stay until our new home was ready for move in. Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on. The park has a wonderful onsite Manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help. This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience! The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another. This all makes for a really great place to call home! This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping. If you are looking for a place to call home, Sycamore Park is definitely worth a visit!! We looked at several other parks and options, and nothing else compared. She treats them as if she were the owner of the mobile home. She enters the spaces without permission and never fixes anything. She enters your porches to decide what to put on them. She wants to enter your space and tell you what to have, oh no, in it. They do not approve of fences aplication why ? The reason she don't want nothing to be in her way to stop her to go in to spaces .she is in violation on right of privacy.she never ask for permissions.She makes fun of the mobile home owners saying that they are Indios only because they speak spanish .she said she is the boss on mobile homes park. What is the point of the mobile home owners buying their homes there? It seems that they are renting the house and space. The mobile home manager puts and invents that you are violating the park rules even if it is not true. And you talk to the corporation and they support her. Without really knowing that the park manager invents violations against many people.

Residents are seemingly not expected to keep their grass and shrubbery watered and trimmed. There is a creek behind a portion of the units that is a flood hazard during heavy rains and is not fenced. The stated price for the land lease was a certain amount in the MLS listing and quoted as higher by the on site manager. Unimpressive.

Is clean and well kept. Although they could get on more home owners about keeping up with lawns. Residents are friendly. It's mainly quiet here. They don't have much for kids or teens. The playground is just okay. There's space here for them to put in a basketball court, tennis, a gym, and a dog park. There should be a limit as to how many dogs you can have. There are a couple of homes with 3-4 dogs and they are annoying barkers. The office manager Nancy is very nice and helpful.

Had a leak in my roof back when there was multiple days of rain. Water was getting into a corner of…read moremy house because it needed to be resealed. Thankfully they were able to take my call and come out perfectly within the 36hrs or so the next rains were expected. They came and assessed the issues, took photos of the problem(s) and several options on some solutions depending on budget (and my circumstances). They were able to seal the roof to prevent further leaks and then help on the inside replace the ceiling panel patch that water had damaged.

TLDR: great job- highly recommend…read more We had some pretty advanced water damage in multiple spots in our house, and had had work done by a different company but the problem continued and we couldn't get the original company come back and fix it. We decided to try Mobile Home Doctors and I'm so glad we did. We got a reply right away- they came and looked at everything, gave us an estimate, and got right to work! After calling the other place over and over trying to get them to come out- it was so amazing and such a relief to have someone responding and actually getting stuff done. Jeff was great and explained everything he was doing- He went above and beyond! Even noticed some small projects we had been putting off and offered to finish them up as well. It was a great experience and we are really happy with the final product. Highly recommend and we will be calling them again for any future work we need done.
