I usually do pick-up, this last year we have had numerous instances of not getting what we ordered, missing condiments, cold food, over-cooked food and the staff doesn't seem to understand their own menu. I tried talking to the kitchen manager Virginia. She became super defensive and actually blamed us for not being clear on our orders. I pointed out that if their are questions, they should clarify as we travel 15 miles to get to this place. She told me that we need to order off the menu. When I pointed out we did, she told me that was the wrong menu....how am I to know that? There are not dates and times on the food in the warmer and this has gotten us a few times. We have also noticed open toed shoes in the kitchen as well as a baby in a car seat, sometimes walking. An employee was carrying cooking oil and fell recently while using a poorly maintained walkway to dispose of the oil. She got frustrated with our complaints about the lack of quality and told us not to order there anymore. Wow! Needless to say, we will be taking her advice, If I were the owner of this place, I'd look at making a few changes before its too late.

We started with corn nuggets for an appetizer and were thrilled with how many we got - definitely one of the better deals! I got the patty melt sandwich. The burger didn't quite cover all of the bread, but it was the perfect portion side. The french fries had the batter coating which I love. My boyfriend got the Flash burger which was an 8 oz hamburger, covered in hashbrowns, melted cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. It was a great dinner all mixed together and nothing we had ever seen before. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. We saw a few other plates too go by us too, and the portions were fantastic and everything looked good. There is a great variety of food on the menu, and with breakfast served all day, you will have a hard time choosing what to order. The diner area only accepts cash, but you can pay by credit card at the fuel desk.

The product I purchased of theirs is pretty good but my customer service experience with precision…read moreof new hampton was the worst I have ever had with any company ever. This is how it went: I call precision of new hampton about ordering a torque converter. About two hours later I was called back and told to order from their nearest distributer the next state over from me (a 4 hour drive from me, kinda inconvenient to drive that far but I needed the part) That distributor wanted to help me out and then called precision of new hampton for me in order to try and find if there was a closer distributor to me. Precision of new hampton told them the name of a distributor that was supposed to be closer but was actually even further (5 hours from me). So then I get In touch with that distributor and they made me aware of the fact that precision of new hampton has a warehouse location (with the part I needed in stock) less than 45 minutes from my address. He also suggested calling them to request an exception to their no-selling-direct-to-costomer policy In the interest of good customer service. Precision of new hampton told me they "have too many customers" already and they I would have to drive down to (the three hour away) distributer to buy my part. I really don't understand why a company would chose to do business like this. I unfortunately needed that torque converter asap and was forced to drive the next state over when the part literally exists 45 minutes away from my house.
