Horrible! First of all, he quoted me a $169 quote to remove a squirrel in the attic and NO per animal charge. Sounded reasonable. However, he caught the squirrel right away, but waited weeks to catch more squirrels ( not in attic). Overall charge was close to $500! Outrageous!!! He said there was a trip charge of $75 each time! There were not any squirrels after the first catch because we didn't hear any of them anymore. He did catch one after a couple weeks, but that was it! Better off with a per animal charge than his outrageous trip charges that he never disclosed! He waited weeks just to keep charging (and I was unaware of these trip charges)!
