This company specializes in rodent control-that is, moles, rats and mice. See, my wife had been complaining about the 20 year old linoleum in our kitchen and we aren't ready to do the big remodel yet so I thought I'd temporize things with some new, inexpensive linoleum. The installers complained about the quality of the wood underneath and refused to lay the linoleum til we fixed the underlayment. I ripped it up and proceeded to put a new underlayment down but in the process, left holes with access to the crawlspace. My wife then started noticing little mouse droppings in several rooms of the house as the furry little critters took refuge in the nooks and crannies all around. Before she could call out the National Guard to vanquish the beasts from the dwelling, I went out and bought some mouse traps. Now I'm used to the Victor's traps so when all I could find were these Motomco ones I was a little skeptical. The first night I loaded a few of them up with peanut butter and set them up. The next morning, the traps were still set but the pesky critters had feasted on the peanut butter. Rats!! Undaunted, I reset the traps the next night only this time I was stingy with the peanut butter and worked it into the holes on the trip plate. The next morning, success! I got one of those suckers squarely in the trap-deader than a doornail. It was a kinda cute little sucker. I almost felt sorry for it. Well, the traps are set again tonight and I can't wait to see if I got any others tomorrow. Four traps for $3.00 is pretty hard to beat. They do the job so if you ever have a rodent problem, think Motomco! Available at Target.

With my yard being cut one direction one week and another direction the next. What happened in reality was their equipment didn't fit through my gate, so the backyard had to be push mowed. On occasion the crew forgot the mower and had to come back, twice I had to call. Today I received a bill with a $20 charge for blowing the grass clippings off of my yard because it wasn't cut for 9 days and it was long. Not my fault, they cut the grass on their schedule. I complained about this charge and also about the poor service. Paul, instead of being professional, cancelled my service. He didn't try to make it right or call, he just sent me an email that my service would be canceled.
