Close to work (hospital). You can hear through the walls and smell through the vents. The laundry facilities are pricy and not great, do laundry elsewhere. Apartment manager could use some customer service training, she's not too friendly. Our electric is pretty high even though the roommate and I are rarely here. Not sure what is eating it up in this apartment. We had some plumbing issues when we first moved in, but it has been fixed. You can feel the staples through the carpeting. Ouch.
