All throughout you're learning about Mexican history, the culture and of course, the food. Plus, the dishes you help create are crazy delicious and satisfying.
Alberto was also such a welcoming, generous and fun host/instructor. The whole day felt like you are cooking with a friend.
Definitely an unforgettable experience, and I cannot wait to be back for another session. Would highly recommend!
