They never have any plastic bags to take what you do end up buying out of this crappy of a tuck stop! No joke! This has to be the worst of all TA's and Petro's in the United States! Trust me, there's some really shitty ones out there! It's nasty and there are no real driver conveniences other than nasty deli food! There is NO Restaurants or fast food in side at all! As well, maybe something they call showers and restrooms that look like it came out of a horror flick! Great location for a making of a horror film I think! The parking lot is extremely dark and dangerous because it's not level! The two nights I ended up having to stay here? I ended up having the total of five knocks on my door in the middle of the night! none of them were even lot lizards? All looking for a free handout or drugs! This travel Plaza needs to be shut down and put out of business or a lot of money dumped into it to revamp the whole thing! They're extremely high priced greedy with what shitty products they have! They really don't care about the Driver other than the money that they bring in! But TA has never been known to be for the driver! Since the early 90s TA has been known to be the crappist truckstops in America! It's sad that none of the competition has opened anything nearby to take the business away from them! Hint hint! "Loves?" I really hope that British Petroleum can sets a better standard for this company? But boy they have their work cut out for them! But I'm not getting my hopes up! If your a family and looking to stop in here? Don't unless you want something to jump on your family that you can't get ride of? FYI! Just don't at night for these safety as well! To dangerous even for drivers!

I'd left an honest, accurate (and even scathing) review for that time. BUT, it's been long a while. Even though we'd tried coming back a few times over the years, it hadn't changed. BUT...We'd decided to see if they had made any changes, since the last post, 2yrs ago. Things have been cleaned up, it's much safer than our last visit and the staff in the Dennys were a complete turn around. Though we can't tell you about shower areas, we can tell you about what we'd experienced THIS time. The restaurant was clean. The servers were prompt, friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was good and they were very happy to offer to correct the overcooked fried eggs! Unfortunately, they are still short staffed. So if your clock is running, expect that it might take a few extra minutes. But it will be with a caring, friendly staff and a clean environment! Nice job, Dennys and Flying J!!

The screen is frozen on the same numbers and never updates, so you just stand there not knowing if your turn is coming or not. Zero organization, and the staff doesn't seem to care at all. For drivers, it's nothing but wasted time and frustration. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better options.

Airport hotels need to have an excellent shuttle service to/from the airport. Period. This hotel…read moredoes not have a reliable, dependable shuttle service. Therefore, it's useless as an airport hotel. Service at a hotel should be welcoming. This hotel's staff was raised by wolves, and untrained by the hotel's managenment, and untrained by the Choice Hotels brand. I've written 171 review with less than 10% having less than five stars. Why? I am a retired small business owner. I know how a poor review can affect a business. Therefore, I only give poor reviews when I've been treated abysmally, the value of the product or service is gobsmackingly bad, AND a supervisor cannnot or will not remedy the situation.

Although the Yelp ratings are low, I thought it was convenient to the airport and a great spot to stay the night before a flight. This is a Quality Inn, not the Ritz. Our room was on the third floor and larger than I expected. We had a tub (rare to find in a hotel these days), a sofa, a desk with chair, and another chair. We also had a separate stand with a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker (multi-serve pot). I reserved a basic room and this seemed like an upgrade. Everything was very clean, and we did not have to request more pillows or towels. An Uber from the airport after dropping our rental car off was fairly cheap and easy to get. We took the hotel's complimentary shuttle to the airport the next morning to catch our flights. You must reserve a spot on the shuttle when you check in, but that was easy to do. If you have a super early or late flight, you may have to Uber as the shuttle has limited hours and fills up. We didn't take advantage of the free breakfast, as our flight was later and we chose to sleep in (it's offered from 6-9 AM). You can walk to several restaurants and convenience stores. I probably wouldn't stay here if I was going to be in Denver for a few days, as it's not close to much besides the airport. P.S. Reading through the older reviews, I really miss the days of being able to find a hotel with a $100ish weeknight rate!

True to their reputation, the Air Force's accommodations do not disappoint!…read more Great spacious and clean room. Lots of drawers and full-sized hangers! Do you know how baller it is to have full sized hangers?! You don't even see that in some Hiltons! The staff was very nice and came by the room daily (though I don't use it daily). Parking can get a bit of a challenge, but that was my own fault for staying out late (there really isn't much to do on the base). The AC, while it keeps things cool, can get a bit loud so if you're a light sleeper maybe consider some ear plugs.

Nice looking building but customer service is lacking…read more The air conditioning went offline in the afternoon and by 6 pm, the temp in my room was 84.5 degrees. Calls to the front desk were met with, "Only a few people have complained." Lovely response. After they received more complaints, they finally called HVAC repair. After several hours, still no AC. I went to the front desk and they said the AC people were working on the problem. They said they'd call me once they had it repaired. I'm still waiting for that call a day later. A few hours later, the electricity went out and ceiling fan stopped working -- then the room got like a sauna. Oh, you can't open any windows because they didn't install any windows that open! By morning it was 62 outside and 81 in my room. The queen size bed had a "fitted" sheet that didn't fit the bed. The sheet came loose within a few minutes of laying in bed. When I checked out, not a word from the front desk staff about the AC problem-- and no credit for sweating in my bed, with no sleep, through the night Avoid this Air Force Inn until customer service improves.
