MAYBE LOSING MONEY WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!! Y'all I have been going to ZMed Spa for many years without a SINGLE COMPLAINT BUT HERE IS MY REVIEW. Wasn't gonna leave one but after two text messages to leave a review, here it is. Y'all that know me, know I don't want to look 30 but only want what I pay for. Zmed fell really short and the second visit was worse than the first. Very uncomfortable position that I was placed in. REVIEW LEFT ON GOOGLE AND YELP. PLENTY OF OTHER MED SPAS AND AS A REGISTERED NURSE SPEAKING, DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORRY ABOUT MY FACE NOT THE REVIEW!!! I would have totally changed this review had they fixed my face on the second trip. Got a call to come back in to attempt to get this review changed. I was not made to feel like they cared about how I felt or looked but about the review! It was ALL about the DAMNED REVIEW. I was treated and talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have literally been going there for YEARS and NEVER once complained about anything. I did and still do have wrinkles in my forehead (my main complaint). They put a very minimal amount of dysport (prob less than 30 units) to try to get this review better. Still have wrinkles and now after two wasted trips I feel just as bad about my face as BEFORE MY $1000 visit. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Not as happy with my results this time. I have had many visits to Zmed but I don't feel that my end result this time was what I wanted or expected.

I was concerned for my life. My blood pressure had shot up to dangerously high levels above 220/115 I spent over 4 hours in the hospital until they were able to maintain my blood pressure at a lower level. I had to monitor my high blood pressure and take medication for several days after this incident until it came back down to normal levels. The nurse during my infusion was really nice and very informative. After my infusion, I had immediate concerns of the electric neon color of my urine and they said that was totally normal. Multiple doctors after my infusion told me that these infusions contain water soluble vitamins that don't stay in your system and are quickly evacuated in your urine. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the people I communicated with through Coastal Infusion. I still felt it necessary to relay my experience getting a home infusion.
