I don't know why I've never left a review before, but today I "thought" there was an issue with our Christmas delivery (there was absolutely NOT an issue). After emailing the office, the owner himself called me directly not even 10 minutes later (while out also delivering arrangements). He walked me through everything. We had an absolutely lovely chat, and then even emailed me back when he returned to the office. Let me tell you....this level of customer service is nearly unheard of. Imagine my surprise when the orchid corsage I ordered for my mother for Mother's Day was nothing like I described. I asked for white tulle, pearls and ribbon made into a large corsage using the pink orchids (because she didn't have white orchids). My mother was so disappointed that she didn't even wear it! When I called Tammy to ask her why it wasn't designed how I described, I was told that it wouldn't look good with the pink orchid! Hmmm, strange that she didn't say that when I ordered the corsage! So she took my money and created something totally different from what I specifically asked for! Then she told me that my family always complains about her designs. I have no idea who she was talking about! I have no knowledge of anyone in my family doing business with her. I don't even live in Abbeville anymore and know of anyone else who has done business with Tammy's! She made it clear that she didn't want business from my family anymore. NOT A PROBLEM!
