The programming for this channel is horrendous. I love Family Feud, but I don't want to see it 4-7 times a day. Episodes of soap operas are missed, or delayed, compared to Paramount Plus. I know you're presenting your new studio and reporting enhancements but I don't particularly care for the new close up busy camera effects that zoom in and out and walk with the reporters. The motion is too busy creating dizziness trying to watch with all the movement going on. I literally had to look away to stop the dizzy effects. I could have a new phobia but wanted to share my experience and thoughts anyway. Someone else may agree and give you enough to actually take a second look yourself. read more

WGCL is the worst major-market news organization in the entire U.S. By all accounts, Adam Murphy is a nice guy, but the "restaurant report card" is basically him being a giant bully, showing up, waving a microphone around, and then embarrassing whatever $8 an hour schlub is unfortunate enough to meet him at the door. In tonight news there was a story that fact checked a negative ad against Stacey Abrams. Giovanna Drpic found that the ad has false claims. I look forward to seeing the report on fact checking the ad against Kemp tomorrow night. During the first commercial ad time slot following the story that same commercial was allowed to run without any statements by the station stating that this commercial makes false statements and is untrue. To me it seems to be in really poor taste and a bad business model to continue to run ads that are untrue and full of false statements. As a news provider and a CBS affiliate I expected responsibility and judgement than this. read more

I like the local news and the weather girls are super in shape and entertaining. Other ladies on the evening news wear clothes that are too tight and the viewers can see more than they want to, such as panty lines and Spanx lines and some even look as if they have features women shouldn't have. My advice is to stick with the news, lay off the wigs, tight clothes, and "sexy" and stick with what you do. read more

People, lets face it, there is no other station that asks tough questions like CBS Atlanta. My question, why is CBS's ratings down? It is a fun station that gets the viewers involved. Their morning show, Better Mornings Atlanta, is awsome! Their anchors are awsome! Plus, the reportors are awsome. Harry Pothole (Samler) gets streets fixed plus, throws in a few jokes here and there. Adam Murphy does a great job with getting restraunts clean that you eat in, in "Restraunt Report Card"! And CBS's weather team is spot on! GO CBS ATLANTA!! read more

This review is more about the reporter than it is the station. Sorry, I don't have time to watch TV. You know him - he does the "Restaurant Report Card" consumer reporting on CBS 46 - Adam Murphy. As a restuarant owner, the thought of this reporter could make you cringe. Reporting bad health inspection scores that local Atlanta restaurants receive. But, hey, its factual information and public record. But, you have to give this reporter some kudos for also making the effort to praise restaurants that are dedicated to following local guidelines and ensuring high health inspection scores. Aaahhhh, but meet him in person and you are sure to become an instant fan (or stalker, like me - ha!). He's sooooo down-to-earth, funny and ... oh, did I mention?... (~*bLuShInG*~)... REALLY cute! My son is a graduate of FIU School of Hospitality Business and owns Mojitos Cuban-American Bistro, he is always keeping his people aware of methods, rules and regulations of how to store, handle, cook and serve food in a healthy manner and up to codes. It was very rewarding for him to have a visit from Adam Murphy on a weekend when he was away. Mr Murphy was well taken care by Mojitos Stars that night, not knowing who he was. He enjoyed the food, service and ambience, but more than anything he liked the 97A score from the Health Department inspectors. He came back with his camera crew and made a very rewarding report for Mojitos Cuban-American Bistro in Historic Norcross. THANKS ADAM MURPHY! read more

1st I am appalled that your newscaster recently referred to a "67 year old man as elderly". Do you really think 2017 someone in their 60s is elderly? That might mean a senior citizen, but not elderly . While I still have a few years before I reach that "elderly" age I bet I'm in as good a shape or better than your reporter. I hope the reporter's parents weren't watching that broadcast! Then, I turn on the 6:00 news last night - my tv was still on CBS and your weather reporter is dressed in a skin tight dress trying to look sexy. She's at work, and it isn't Hooters, not out for the evening. When did that become acceptable? I don't see her male counterparts doing that? And, I don't see any of the gorgeous mature women on the Today Show doing that. So, back to NBC for me! read more
