As I owe money on my…read moreiPhone, I saw a deal that said I can pay $220 to get to 50% of payments on the phone to be able to get the Z Gold 7. I mentioned that to one of the workers and he told me I was wrong, and that I could only buy another iPhone. I walked out that day upset and empty handed. A friend of mine works at another Verizon and told me that the worker lied to me and that it doesn't matter which phone I get. With that information, I went and paid that $220 and pre ordered the new Z Fold 7 online. Employees would retain a lot more customers if they were honest and didn't try to make their customers spend more money so they could profit more money off of us. I'm considering switching to Mint Mobile that's how infuriating this situation was.
