I walked in, briefly walked around the store area, which seemed plentiful with options, then went to the cafe area off to the side. There were many different baked goods on one side, with more cafeteria type food on the other side. I opted for a pistachio cupcake and a lemon cupcake. The person working quickly packaged it up for me and I was on my way. At around 4 pm on a weekday there were quite a few people there making it lively, but it wasn't a long wait. I tried the pistachio cupcake myself and texture was really great, nothing obvious it was vegan. My coworker had the lemon cupcake and loved it, said it was filled with lemon curd and a definite step up from Whole Foods vegan cupcakes. So I'll definitely be back here to grab as needed! In the future I'd love to try the meals.

I've only been to dispensaries in LA so I too was eager to check Insa out. We got there around 9:30pm on a Thursday evening and it wasn't busy. When we walked in, the door attendant checked our IDs then buzzed us in. The location is basically a warehouse with lots of airy space. There are 4 kiosks you can place an order from and pick up at the counter. I just walked around and grabbed some content while my friend got the things he needed. I did chat up the cashiers, who were super friendly and let us know about the sales going on. My friend did try the cannabis and said it wasn't as strong as the ones he gets from NY so do with that what you will.

GNC isn't the cheapest around, but they've got great products, and occasionally they'll have a clearance sale that can't be beaten. The staff here is also really knowledgeable about the purpose and effectiveness for all of the different supplements, so that really helps when I'm browsing. If you're thinking about buying workout supplements, definitely check this place out!

Whole Foods - Milford, CT (Holiday Family Meal Review) I…read morecan't believe I almost forgot to mention this, but Whole Foods Milford absolutely deserves another shout-out for their holiday family meals. They offered two options for the holidays -- salmon or chicken -- and we went with the salmon meal, which was priced at $29.99. For that price, you get five pieces of salmon, string beans, and roasted sweet potatoes, all fully cooked and ready to heat up. Let me be clear: this meal was excellent. The salmon was flavorful and well-prepared, the sides were solid, and everything tasted fresh. It was incredibly convenient, especially during the holidays when cooking a full meal can feel like a lot. Just heat it up and you're good to go. For the price, the quality, and the portion size, this was more than worth it. The only tiny reason it's not a perfect score is personal preference -- I would've loved an additional side like rice -- but honestly, that's not even a real complaint. Rating: (4.8 out of 5) Affordable, convenient, and delicious. I would absolutely purchase this holiday meal again.

I should also point out that there were 2 people before me and 3 more after i showed up for the same reason. We were all there to pick up amazon packages. That's 6 people! 6 people in less than a half hour that just needed to pick up orders. I will not be using this location again in the future nor will i be buying GNC products if i can even enter the store during it's operating hours. Very disappointed
